| Description: | Natural Church Development Training Open to clergy and lay leaders alike, the seminars are designed to enhance the skills of your church leadership in getting the greatest benefit from the use of this resource. If your church has already completed one or more NCD surveys, then this seminar is for you. Following the morning plenary session you will meet with Bill Bickle to focus on how to interpret survey results and implement strategies for growth. If your church has not yet done an NCD survey, then this seminar is also for you. The afternoon sessions will focus on how to get started in your church.
