More folk are becoming committed to the various ministries which are growing.
There is a growing sense of being called by God to mission in Fredericton and beyond.

2. Parish of Lancaster - C. McMullen +
Offering tree blossoms and giving increases over $500 per week.
Parishioners not regularly seen at worship are visited.
Programs are advertised. Faith is talked about and evangelism grows.

3. Parish of Simonds - T. Chandra +
Congregation responds to a difficult situation.
Young women are passionate about Sunday School.
Strong ministry results in growth.

4. Parish of New Maryland - B. McKenna +
From "Special Kid's Family Fun Day" to natural and spiritual shape, the parish is blessed.
Grateful to God for the Sunday School, children and young families.

5. Parish of Coldbrook - St. Mary - G. McMullin +
A myriad of things have helped accomplish growth using technology, new music and new programs.
Have a "sister church" relationship in South Carolina and the Rector of that parish is a great resource.

6. Parish of Pennfield - K Osborne +
Prayer can bring a place alive.
The vestry tithes (one tenth of personal income) as an example.
The Holy Spirit is given the freedom to move us in places we don't always want to go.

7. Parish of Dorchester
Parishioners encouraged to read books read by the Rector.
Distinction between Christian stewardship and fund-raising.
Honouring God by returning God's blessing.

8. Parish of Sussex - D Barrett +
Financial growth is due to teaching about giving of "First Fruits."
An aging but generous congregation.

9. Parish of East Saint John - E. Coleman +
Book of Alternatave Services and Book of Common Prayer used on rotation. Family service once a month.
Except for Sandwich Sunday, coffee is at the back door "after worship."
Vestry members are in their twenties and thirties and are forward thinking.

10. Parish of Shediac - R. McConnell +
After school program is flourishing.
"First Friday Family Fun Night" has caught on.
Beginning using a microphone with a lead singer in worship.
